Orders
When will my order ship?
Our clothing is made to order to help reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction. Please allow 4–6 business days for production before shipping. Once your order is on the way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Why does my order take a few days to ship?
At Sticks & Balls, our products are made on a per-order basis. That means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed, rather than pulled from large pre-made inventory. This helps us reduce excess material waste, keeps overhead lower, and allows us to run a more intentional collection without passing unnecessary costs onto you.
Are Sticks & Balls items made to order?
Yes. All Sticks & Balls products are made after your order is placed. This helps us reduce excess inventory, limit waste, and keep the collection more intentional. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, production time is required before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible for a short window after purchase. If you need help, reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect shipping address. If the order has not entered production or shipping, we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Sticks & Balls is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Will the item look exactly like the mockup?
We do our best to make product mockups as accurate as possible, but slight differences can happen in color, scale, or placement due to screen settings, garment size, and production methods.

Are your items true to size?

How should I care for my Sticks & Balls item?
Care instructions may vary by product, so please review the care details on each product page. In general, we recommend washing cold with similar colors, avoiding bleach, tumble drying low, or hang to dry, and avoid ironing directly over printed or decorated areas.

Why not carry large amounts of inventory?
We prefer to produce with intention. Making items per order helps reduce overproduction, unnecessary waste, and added storage costs. It also allows us to keep the collection tighter, cleaner, and more focused without inflating prices just to cover excess overhead.

Limited Releases and Restocks
Will sold out items be restocked?
