Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability depends on location. If your destination is available at checkout, we currently ship there.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
How long does shipping take after my order is sent out?
Shipping times vary by location, but most Standard shipping orders are estimated to arrive within 10–15 business days after they leave production. Orders may arrive sooner, but delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Some items may be produced and shipped separately depending on the product and fulfillment partner. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may also receive more than one tracking number.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays can happen from time to time. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will help look into it.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help review the situation. Delivery issues are handled case by case.
Will I have to pay duties, taxes, or import fees?
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country or local carrier. These fees are not controlled by Sticks & Balls and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Sticks & Balls item is made to order, we ask customers to review the size guide carefully before placing an order. Sizing may vary depending on the product, fit, and region.
However, we want you to feel good in your gear, so we offer a one-time size exchange on eligible items.
To request a size exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, odor-free, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send an invoice for the shipping cost of the replacement item. The replacement will only be processed once the shipping invoice has been paid. You will not be charged again for the replacement item.
Size exchanges are subject to approval. Worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, final sale, or limited-release items are not eligible for exchange.
Please double-check the size guide before placing your order to make sure you choose the best fit.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered for approved issues such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our Contact Us page. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once we review your request, our support team will contact you with the next steps. At that time, we may ask for clear photos of the garment and the issue in question.
If approved, we will make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
