Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Sticks & Balls item is made to order, we ask customers to review the size guide carefully before placing an order. Sizing may vary depending on the product, fit, and region.

However, we want you to feel good in your gear, so we offer a one-time size exchange on eligible items.

To request a size exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, odor-free, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send an invoice for the shipping cost of the replacement item. The replacement will only be processed once the shipping invoice has been paid. You will not be charged again for the replacement item.

Size exchanges are subject to approval. Worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, final sale, or limited-release items are not eligible for exchange.

Please double-check the size guide before placing your order to make sure you choose the best fit.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered for approved issues such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our Contact Us page. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we review your request, our support team will contact you with the next steps. At that time, we may ask for clear photos of the garment and the issue in question.

If approved, we will make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
